RP1: Algebraic modeling of topological structures

RP1 consists in three research subsections:

  • 1.1: Knot invariants – framization of knot algebras
  • 1.2: Knots and braids in 3-manifolds
  • 1.3: Poly-free groups, Lie algebras, braid groups and homotopy groups of spheres

RP2: Algebraic modeling of applications

RP2 consists in three applications:

  • 2.1: Topological study of polymer entanglements
  • 2.2: Molecular simulation of ionic liquids
  • 2.3: Dynamical systems and topological surgery

RP3: Algebraic modeling of computational structures

RP3 consists in the following subsections::

  • 3.1: Modeling based on algebraic specifications
  • 3.2: Algebraic techniques for the modeling of video
  • 3.3: Cryptography and coding theory
  • 3.4: Applications in medical imaging
